I had planned to purchase from ZO when I ran out, but a sale got the better of me. This is not the real thing - it feels like I’m rubbing a thick balm over my skin. There is no polish.

I *love* this product when ordered directly from ZO. However, this arrived with some quality decay (probably due to storage conditions) - it didn’t rinse well and left a fatty, waxy residue on my skin.

Love this face polish! It’s gentle enough, but feels great. My face is so soft afterwards!

I use this scrub regularly but have never ordered from Skincare Essentials. I was out and they had a sale so I thought I would try. Immediately upon using my product, I realized something was off. It did not emulsify the way it normally does, had no grit to exfoliate and had a weird perfume smell…the real polish has a very distinct refreshing smell, not perfume.
I tried to use it once and it felt like I was rubbing dish soap on my face. I then went to the ZO store to buy a replacement and compared the two products and was indeed correct that it is more than likely fake or like 2+ years old.

I love this product, however, what I purchased here is totally different from what I’ve been buying at the spa. Greasier (like Crisco) and very little grit. Very disappointed.
