Free Standard Shipping on all orders.
Every effort is made to ship packages as quickly as possible. Normally orders received by 2:00pm EST Monday - Thursday, and 12:00pm on Friday will be processed the same day. All shipments are subject to product availability.
Orders are processed business days Monday - Friday except US federal holidays and observed religious holidays.
We also offer Expedited Shipping for an additional charge.
Sorry, we currently do not offer free international shipping.
Need to cancel your order?
Order fulfillment starts as soon as possible. If you need to to cancel your order, you must cancel before 2:00pm EST on the day you purchased. If your order was placed after 2:00pm EST, you must cancel before 10:00am the following day. Cancellations or delivery fee refunds cannot be processed after 2:00pm EST.

received my order then sent an email after finding out this product is FAKE ! They have yet to get back to me. I would like a refund. THIS IS NOT TRUE ZO PRODUCT
UnauthorIzed charges to my credit card. No response to my emails re same.
I’ve used these products now for a year . I do love most of them . Although this particular package has made my skin dry and irritated . After the second night my face was burning and I have small areas where my skin has even peeled! Not sure this one is best for me. I do wish the company would be more specific on instructions and maybe give more details on the regimen with multiple products .
Still waiting on my order! I have emailed, text and called. When you call it’s an answering machine telling you to leave a message! No one returns emails. When I track my order it says same thing for days it’s running late but doesn’t show where it is?? Very shady!
