I love this product. I splurge once in a while to purchase it. I recommend it to friends but the price prohibits so many from buying it. I think you would sell more of it if I was more affordable.

Pro….Love the way my skin feels after application, hopefully with time i will see improvement… it’s only been a few weeks of use.
But, the con ourlt weighs the pro…

Con…. I have about 1/4 left in the bottle and can’t access the remaining amount… at $300 id like to get all of the product. Fir this reason i will not order again. Nothing bothers me more with any of the products I buy, if I can’t access all, im done!

I absolutely love how this makes my skin feel and I think it is doing what I wanted it to do as in decreasing fine lines and increasing elasticity. But I hate how expensive it is. And even when you subscribe you get a significant discount on the first bottle, but no future discount on the price. I always thought that subscribing to something got you a significant discount on future purchases of the same product because the company is being assured that every month that item is going to be purchased. So I'm loving the product but very disappointed with the subscription plan.

I have been using this serum for just over 2 weeks. I am surprised that I am seeing results already. It is very peasant to use. I use it twice a day.

After losing a significant amount of weight in my late 40’s, I noticed my face become a bit gaunt and my smile lines get significantly worse. In an effort to make things better, or at least keep them from getting worse, I started using off the shelf retinol, TNS advanced, moisturizer, and sunscreen. So far so good - after two months of retinoids, I saw my skin texture get better with a massive reduction in blackheads. Thin lines are much better, the deeper lines are definitely not as deep, and overall completion is much better!

It’s too early in the game to attribute these improvements to one product, but I do think the TNS, which I added three weeks ago, is helping with the gaunt appearance and fine lines under the eyes. I will keep using all products for a year or so, increasing strength into retinaldehydes and eventually tretinion, then pare back the nighttime peptides and daytime TN, with three months to see what changes between. In my quick research online, it appears that retinoids have the most scientifically-confirmed effectiveness in treating the signs of aging, followed by vitamin C serums and peptides, with growth factors lagging behind as promising but not as well researched or standardized. But SkinMedica is supposed to the best name in the game, and the clock is ticking, so I want to try it now to try to stave off the next big wave of facial aging.

After reading some review's on Trustpilot that claim old or counterfeit products from SkincareEssentials, I contacted SkinMedica to try to validate the batch code on my bottle. They were unable to validate the code, and warned that I did not purchase from an authorized retailer. Fearing the worst (a fake), I purchased a bottle of TNS advanced from the manufacturer. Upon very close inspection, I can say that if this is a dupe, they got it absolutely perfect, down to the faint lines where the product name meets the logo emblem and the sheen and reflection from points on the cap. And the packaging was exactly the same. I applied both products, and the feel, smell, and absorption are identical.

I’m now confident I received the real thing, although there’s no way to confirm how old the product is. That said, SkinMedica and other sources say a bottle is good for two years, and the product has only been around for four, so I doubt it will have lost all its effectiveness. The format of the batch codes is the same from both sources, so moving forward, I will likely continue to purchase from Skincare Essentials to save some money on the most expensive skincare product I own!
