Free Standard Shipping on all orders.
Every effort is made to ship packages as quickly as possible. Normally orders received by 2:00pm EST Monday - Thursday, and 12:00pm on Friday will be processed the same day. All shipments are subject to product availability.
Orders are processed business days Monday - Friday except US federal holidays and observed religious holidays.
We also offer Expedited Shipping for an additional charge.
Sorry, we currently do not offer free international shipping.
Need to cancel your order?
Order fulfillment starts as soon as possible. If you need to to cancel your order, you must cancel before 2:00pm EST on the day you purchased. If your order was placed after 2:00pm EST, you must cancel before 10:00am the following day. Cancellations or delivery fee refunds cannot be processed after 2:00pm EST.

This cream really works and not for just 3 hours!
I’ve used several eye creams, and this one seems to really make my eyes look ‘younger’.
I ordered Revision's DEJ Eye Cream and Correcting Serum, but never received either product. When I contacted customer service, they basically accused me of lying, citing the tracking information that showed the package as delivered. I then opened an inquiry with USPS, and only after that did Revision's customer service initiate their own investigation. However, there was no follow-up from them after that point.
To make matters worse, I had also subscribed to their Auto-Replenish & Save program, which I had forgotten about. The next month, I received an email stating that my product was shipping at full price! I immediately contacted customer service to stop the shipment and questioned why I was being charged the full amount, but all I received was an automated response—no real assistance.
This company is a scam. They don’t handle fulfillment themselves, they don’t honor their discount pricing, and they couldn’t care less if you don’t receive your product. I will never order from them again!
