PCA Skin Vitamin C&E Advanced Antioxidant Treatment promotes a bright, youthful appearance.

This highly-advanced formula is packed with antioxidants and Vitamins C & E to diminish dark spots, soothe irritated skin and promote a more youthful appearance. Formulated with 20% L-ascorbic acid, the most stable form of Vitamin C, and 5% Tocopherol (Vitamin E), this treatment effectively fights dullness, discoloration, and fine lines.

After cleansing, toning and applying any treatment serums, apply to the face and neck in the morning. May experience a slight tingling sensation upon application.
