PCA Skin Hydrating Toner hydrates, smoothes and protects.

This daily-use toner removes excess dirt, oil, and debris while providing hydration and moisture retention. Formulated with watermelon, apple, and lentil fruit extracts, it protects from free radical damage. Evening primrose oil moisturizes and soothes irritation without clogging pores. The result is hydrated, soft, and smooth skin.

Key Ingredient: Antioxidants

After cleansing, moisten a cotton pad with a small amount of toner and apply over the face and neck.

Every effort is made to ship packages as quickly as possible. Normally orders received by 2:00pm EST Monday - Thursday, and 12:00pm on Friday will be processed the same day. All shipments are subject to product availability.

Order fulfillment starts as soon as possible. If you need to to cancel your order, you must cancel before 2:00pm EST on the day you purchased. If your order was placed after 2:00pm EST, you must cancel before 10:00am the following day. Cancellations or delivery fee refunds cannot be processed after 2:00pm EST.
