Key Ingredient:

Shake well and dab off any excess product before use. Apply to your upper lash line, starting from inner corner to outer corner. Add additional strokes until desired eyeliner thickness is achieved. Close cap tightly after use.<br />Do not apply to the waterline. May be removed with soap and water or your favorite oil-based makeup remover.

If your order was placed after 2:00pm EST, you must cancel before 10:00am the following day. Cancellations or delivery fee refunds cannot be processed after 2:00pm EST.
