I reallly can’t tell any sort of difference after applying— doesn’t reduce puffiness, doesn’t tighten, doesn’t lighten under eye circles. It’s very difficult to get out of the tube and I have had squirts where it goes into the sink, onto the wall, etc. as I had to squeeze so hard to get any product to come out. So be careful where you’re aiming (also, definitely NOT a gel consistency; more like wax?). Guess I should try the Melaxin version to see now if a product such as this actually can work as it says it does.

Dr. Brandt No More Baggage™ Eye Gel

When I first used it, the product was kind of hard coming out of the tube. I had to keep rubbing the product under my eye which defeated the purpose of getting rid of bags and lines, not increasing them. Maybe the product was old.

Unfortunately, after I used this under-eye cream, as directed, the skin around my eyes (and even my eyes themselves) was red, itchy, swollen and irritated. Obviously, I had an unfortunate allergic reaction; as my eyes are extremely sensitive and it was a disappointment. I returned the product not even a week after I received it and haven’t heard a word back from Skincare Essentials about the return as of yet. I printed the purchase return label off of their site so I’m hoping the return processes soon! Shipping was fast but so far customer service is ??
