Key Ingredient: Aloe vera

Shake the bottle well to mix the ingredients thoroughly. Squeeze an appropriate amount into your palm, considering the size of the area you want to cover. Massage the sunscreen onto your body using circular motions, making sure to cover exposed areas like arms, legs, and torso.

For continuous protection, reapply every two hours or more frequently if swimming, sweating, or towel-drying. Remember to apply sunscreen at least 15 minutes before sun exposure for maximum effectiveness.
