Ensure your brows are clean and free from any makeup or oils. Brush them into place using a spoolie brush. Using the angled brush, apply the lighter shade to the inner part of your brows. Use short, feathery strokes to mimic the appearance of natural brow hairs. Move to the outer part of your brows and apply the darker shade, extending it to the tail end.
