Free Standard Shipping on all orders.
Every effort is made to ship packages as quickly as possible. Normally orders received by 2:00pm EST Monday - Thursday, and 12:00pm on Friday will be processed the same day. All shipments are subject to product availability.
Orders are processed business days Monday - Friday except US federal holidays and observed religious holidays.
We also offer Expedited Shipping for an additional charge.

Need to cancel your order?
Order fulfillment starts as soon as possible. If you need to to cancel your order, you must cancel before 2:00pm EST on the day you purchased. If your order was placed after 2:00pm EST, you must cancel before 10:00am the following day. Cancellations or delivery fee refunds cannot be processed after 2:00pm EST.

I use iS Clinical Cleansing Complex both morning and night. It’s a perfect all-around cleanser: it gently removes impurities, excess oil, and makeup without drying my skin. The gel texture leaves my skin feeling clean, fresh, and balanced, making it ideal for both my morning routine and evening double cleanse.

Just a drop is enough to clean my face. Produces a nice lather to show it's working. My face feels clean and refreshed after use, not dry or oily. Great product!
